1. Patients must confirm all dental appointments 24 hours prior to an appointment or the appointment may be allocated for emergency patients on the day. 
2. Package includes a Zoom In-Chair Whitening Treatment, a Take-home Whitening Kit and a free whitening refill syringe to be given in the following check-up & clean appointment.
3. Valid for Zoom In-Chair Whitening patients only.
4. Valid for patients attending regular dental check-ups every 6 to 12 months.
