Whether you are booking online or via call for appointments, stay reminded of the following terms and conditions for easier appointment confirmation.
Terms and Conditions:
- Patients must confirm all dental appointments 24 hours prior to an appointment or the appointment may be allocated for emergency patients on the day.
- Failure to attend an appointment more than 2 times within a 6-month period will require a booking deposit to secure any further appointments.
- Any free consultation that you fail to attend will no longer be charged at our complimentary rate and a booking deposit will be required to secure your spot.
- Must have a valid mobile number for confirming the appointment.
